- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. rice, soaked in water
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Onion, diced and browned in butter

Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Loosen cabbage leaves in hot water. Wrap and
place in roaster. bake 2 - 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. (I pour another can of
tomato soup over the cabbage rolls before baking.)
